What is being provided

A consultation: an interpretation of a Zi Wei Dou Shu chart, a property, or a choice of dates, using traditional methods — delivered in conversation, and usually in writing afterwards.

What is not being promised

No outcome is guaranteed. Zi Wei Dou Shu and feng shui describe tendencies and timing. They do not determine what happens, and neither Jessica nor anyone else can promise you a result.

A consultation is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and is not a substitute for any of them. Decisions about your health, your money, your business or your family remain yours, and should be taken with the appropriate professional where one is needed.

Quotes and payment

Prices are not published because they depend on your situation and the depth of the consultation. You are quoted before any work starts, and nothing is charged until you accept.

Payment is agreed directly with Jessica after the quotation. No deposit is taken through this website, and the site never asks for card or bank details.

Appointments and cancellations

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to move or cancel. On-site visits involve travel and a reserved block of time, so late changes may not be possible to accommodate.

What is needed from you

Accurate information. A reading built on the wrong birth hour or an out-of-date floor plan will be wrong through no fault of the method, and redoing it may be chargeable.

Confidentiality

What is discussed stays between you and Jessica. Photographs of a property are used publicly only with permission, and never with identifying details attached.

This website

The content here is for information. It is kept accurate as far as possible, but nothing on it forms part of a consultation or a contract until you and Jessica have agreed the work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
